I’ve had to postpone. For some reason I’ve got a really painful upper right leg, I can barely lift my knee. Pain seems to be in the crease right at the top of my thigh. So I’m resting it. Wondering if it’s tendon related. Really hope it eases up soon as I am really enjoying and keen to complete the programme ☹️

We are not medically qualified so I would advise seeing your GP or a good Sports physio if it doesn't settle. It may be a possible hip flexor strain? Hope you recover soon.🤞

Thank you. It’s a little better, but still quite bad. I’ve got a physio phone consultation next week, so hopefully can get it sorted soon. Really missing the running
