Didn’t want to miss my run as I’d get out of sync so off I went. Run 2 of week 7 completed ✅ in this crazy weather!!!

I can’t believe myself, bearing in mind, I’ve never done anything like this. There I am, in a real proper storm with a name, setting myself off to run! My family think I’ve been abducted by aliens!

Not sure about aliens but you did beat Storm Ciara by going out and running, all the Junior Parkruns have been cancelled and even some football matches as well, I went a 8 Kilometre walk but I chose a very sheltered route, but even on that route it was still quite windy.
