First run after illness

Having suffered with some unknown bugs, which were holding all night raves in my stomach, I ventured out today to repeat Wk4R1. I’ve missed Wk5, so I thought I’d ease myself back in to it before embarking on Wk5. It was a great session - only me an a seagull and a whole hooley of wind. Really looking forward to building back up to my running routine and carrying on the programme!
