Thanks to advice from u lovely folk, i slowed right down today and although the first bit was still hard, once i loosened up it was fine. Weirdly, my pace was roughly the same as the previous run that nearly defeated me....

Pace is a funny thing. Sometimes we think we're going slow, but end up going at our normal pace.
I still find it tricky to get my pace right.
Just keep doing it. You're doing great. And you know what to do if it gets tough dont you?
