Week 8 Run 2 V2

Came home from work last night so postponed my run until this morning.

It was a glorious, bright sunny morning, great for a run.

Set off at a very measured pace. Gradually increased the pace towards the end before giving it a bit of a go for the last minute.

One run left to complete this week then into week 9. I will be away that week but plan to run so it will be a new route for the last week. Exciting stuff.
