W5R3 completed, I joined 2 weeks ago at the start of W4 and really don’t think I could have done it without reading all the inspiring posts on here. The advice to slow things down and put your faith in the programme has got me here today, huge thank you to everyone who has shared their successes and tips.
For those just starting out, you can do it!!!! and for everyone else congratulations on getting off the couch and reaching whatever stage your at.
Bring on W6💪🏻

It’s great isn’t it! This forum has really taught me every time I’m finding it difficult SLOW DOWN then slow down again. Some runs have been slow, some have been an ok pace, but I’ve completed every single one keep it up and good luck!
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
