Just me?: 🥴 - Couch to 5K
Just me?
Yes! Personally, I think I need scaffolding ☺️
Brilliant...they are a pain aren't they?
I find them a real challenge to get on and off
Haha 😂
One swift movement on and one swift movement off - any hesitation, it senses your fear and all hope is lost 😂 🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣
Don't know about 'fast but getting that shock absorber on is an endurance act in itself!
I feel your pain! I'm looking at getting a front zipping one.
I have 3 front zip ones now ( all same model). Made by Shock Absorber!! Nothing moves when I run now!! My daughter has the same one too. Brilliant. But there’s a tiny hook and loop before you do the zip and I can never see it properly first thing in the morning. Have to scrabble round for glasses
I gave up on Shock Absorber when I was left huffing and humiliated in the changing rooms. 😳
I know a lot of people love them though.
I ordered one online and luckily it fitted so I ordered 2 more in dif colours. My daughter had got hers first as there were shops near her that sold them and she could try in in shop.
But her friend got stuck in one and had to call the assistant to get her out of it.
Absolutely I can't get my head around how it's possible to get it on without bunching. I swapped to one with hooks like a normal bra - it's from Lidl but is serving me well.
🤣🤣
Made me chuckle Speedy60. Your not alone though. I love my sports bra as it keeps every thing in place 😊but taking it off can sometimes be a struggle🤣🤣
I have to get in the door and go upstairs to take it off immediately as I get sweatier once I get home and then it’s impossible to shift without dislocating my shoulders
Every day is an education on this forum...
I wondered where all the chaps were. 🤣
And believe me, it's not the worst thing that can happen to ladies running. 😳
Nevermind taking off.... what about putting on!!! 😖😂😂
Nike pro alpha! Best sports bra ever and easy on and off!! I have rheumatoid arthritis and have difficulty with sports bras/bras, being able to do them up, but this ones not a problem!
