Struggling a bit with tight calf’s as I run but fairly sure it’s my running (more like shuffling) technique though.

Still in one piece though and still secretly enjoying it 🤫

Well done! Make sure you have a good stretching routine after your runs, if you’re not doing it already 👍😁

Stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... as described in the guide to the plan, while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow.

Thanks, I’m stretching out ok and the tightness stops pretty much as soon as I stop running. Need to look at my footwear too I think

Well done! I find the stretching helps for my calves (active before and static after). I also bought a foam roller and I think that has helped too.
