Week 3 done on to week 4

I took one look outside to the gale force wind and icy rain and my brain went went 'no way i am running in that!' That thought lasted only until my phone running alarm went off and realised i have no time tomorrow for a run. So put on my gear and braved the weather (It Scotland in Feburary which means the weather not going to get better anytime soon). One of the most hardest run yet but i did it!!😊

Off for a hot bath and try to get my legs working ! 😵

If any running today keep going, if i can anyone can👍
