BOOM πŸ‘Š W4R3 done!

β€’31 Replies

This is starting to feel pretty special, the end of week 4 has come around all ready, after seeing all the positive posts on here today I'm actually really looking forward to week 5,

It's amazing how this simple app can literally change your life, I no longer want to sit on the sofa drinking beer and eating pizza (well okay a big part of me still wants to do that πŸ»πŸ•) but instead now I also want to go out running,

Long may this continue because I am feeling GREAT πŸ‘

Enjoy your running everyone πŸƒπŸ‘Œ

It is special - you are right Run-fish-run ! Everyone is behind you and supporting you on this forum but is your determination to get to the 30mins x 3 goal and you will .

We’ll all be waiting for that post !!

Good luck and take it slow but sure πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Well done! I start week four this week and a bit anxious about it as last week I was at my limit. I’ve tried all sorts of exercise regimes but this is by far the best. It’s like I have a thing in my head that I have to keep doing it otherwise all my hard work will be a waste and undone!

Good look and keep going!!πŸ’ͺ

β€’ in reply tojol1pjl1

Thank you, good luck with week 4, you can do it just remember to relax and take it steady and you'll be fine πŸ’ͺ

Great post and glad C25K is a serious rival to pizza & beer on the coach.

Programme is excellent and you will get there. I cannot believe I’ve recently graduated and your turn will come quicker than you realise. πŸ˜‚πŸ‘

β€’ in reply toZeldas_walker

Thank you, congratulations on graduating that's some achievement πŸ‘ŠπŸ‘

I took up the programme as a personal challenge after breaking my ankle and snapping my ligaments - completing it was/is/always will be one of my greatest life achievements - and I have had many!! Especially if you are running outside - so energising!! Good luck with the rest of the programme and running beyond c25k!

β€’ in reply toFluffiness

Wow that is some achievement πŸ‘ well done you and thank you 😊
