Iβve done it!!! This run nearly psyched me out π² also had an extra rest day as I celebrated the end of dry January this weekend π₯ I was going to put it off until tomorrow but just as I sat down for the night I changed my mind and went for it. So glad I did ππ»

Well done D48P, there have been quite a few runners that have completed that run today.
Run 3 of week 5 is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π ππΎ π
Thanks Wenderwoo! January was a long month! Strangely though easier to do dry January because of C25K, now I donβt want a hangover to ruin a run ππ»ββοΈ who even am I π€£
I did the same run a few days ago and also did dry January.
Fell off the wagon a little bit on Feb 1st , but ran today week 6 run 1.... it went fine but as others mentioned on this great forum just be a little careful with this one.
Fantastic, well done you. Was anxious about the that run too but on the day just got on with it like you and was so pleased. Happy running ππΌββοΈπ
