W4R3 completed tonight after an busy weekend.

Went well. I do feel as though my first jog of each session I tend to always go faster than I want, burn out a bit then fix my pace on the remaining jogs.

Just need to pace it a bit better from start to finish. All in all it went well.

💪💪

Remember what Laura said about I imagine some e at other side of hedge and they should tell if I walking or running. Think she said that in week 2

I use a free metronome app on my phone called 'soundbrenner'. I just play that alongside the C25K app and use the constant beat to (try and) regulate my pace. Up to now I have just played it at a beat slower than my pces but over the next couple of days (W4) I'm planning to adjust it slowly upwards (or downwards) to match my pace ready for the following weeks. I always find that I really have to force myself to run more slowly on the first run, (I've obviously forgotten how slow I needed to go towards the end of the last one), by the time I start my second run I've a much better idea! I'm hoping that adjusting the metronome properly will help.
