W5 run 3 whooo!

I actually loved it. I confess I picked a route that was mainly downhill and it ended up at a fantastic cafe where OH met me, bought me breakfast and drove me home. I feel ok about flat/uphill for future runs though.

Good old Michael was very encouraging and I thought about the others that are doing W5R3 today and that also gave me a boost!

Hope you all have a good one if you’re running today!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾

Yes you said that on another post. I was interested why the plan would take that odd turn 😂 thanks for the warning tho

I always congratulate runners for completing run 3 of week 5 and warn them about 6.1, many who have ran that run have been caught out going back to interval walks after 5.3.

Really well done.

I think this was also the first run that I really enjoyed from start to finish.

No stopping you now! Keep up the good work.

What a brilliant idea... especially aiming for OH and food. He sounds like he may be a catch. But you did the running. Well done. 👍

Well done on completing W5! I’m on it next week and although slightly concerned about it, also looking forward to getting past the half way mark 😊
