We have only just gone & done it....graduation run well & truly run. 1st born & I ran our little legs off for 30 minutes & loved every minute of it. I am so proud of her, she is dyspraxic and coordination is not her strong point but the determination with which she has taken on the C25K is just amazing; there have been days when the dyspraxia has made her so tired but she just got out there & ran. Nothing has got in her way & she has graduated the program. Well done Kate, I love you to the moon & back, you have kept me going over the last 9 weeks. We so deserve the cake today. I must also say a massive thank you to everyone on this forum, your enthusiasm, encouragement & support has been phenomenal & you have kept me & Kate going. I have to stop now because I am about to cry. Xxxx

Crikey, I had no idea what dyspraxia is, so I googles it, and read about it. Blimey, I can see that it must be a real challenge for Kate to take up running. It sounds like running with someone else in a calm enviroment must be helpful. Anyway, I can see that it was a great achievement, and I can see why you are both so happy. Best wishes for many more happy runs
