Week two completed. From non runner to fledgling I feel genuinely elated. Roll on week three.

Well done - you cannot put a price on the sense of achievement! Good luck with your Week 3 runs! 🙂

That's fantastic, well done! The running buzz is wonderful. I try to run in the morning and the buzz stays with me for the rest of the day ☺️. Enjoy week 3.

Well done, the warm glow of achievement should stay with you for a while. Enjoy your rest day(s) and all the best for Week 3.

Super! I have always maintained this programme teaches us more than just how to run; it teaches us self-belief again, it reawakens the joy of movement and of achievement. As we get older we stop challenging ourselves and achieving new things and then we miss out hugely.

Keep it up, you're doing great and there's more fun to come! 👍🏻💪🏻😁
