1st run glute grief, 2nd run calf tightness. After that all ok other than I think my walking on recovery is faster than my Japanese running π€£
My legs are my bread & butter (dog walker) so I have to protect the assets π
Feeling great that Iβve gone from a lazy couch potato to doing my run / quick walk every other day along side the strength & flexibility podcast, Iβve also looked at what Iβm putting in, gone from diesel to unleaded, loving my new fuel. Settling down to a chilled Friday eve with a well deserved glass of π·

Likewise, I did dry Jan last year. My first run was the day I stopped smoking, came on & had storm Brendan to contend with, I thought to myself, hey ho, canβt get any worse than this π€£
