1st run glute grief, 2nd run calf tightness. After that all ok other than I think my walking on recovery is faster than my Japanese running ๐คฃ
My legs are my bread & butter (dog walker) so I have to protect the assets ๐
Feeling great that Iโve gone from a lazy couch potato to doing my run / quick walk every other day along side the strength & flexibility podcast, Iโve also looked at what Iโm putting in, gone from diesel to unleaded, loving my new fuel. Settling down to a chilled Friday eve with a well deserved glass of ๐ท
