1st run glute grief, 2nd run calf tightness. After that all ok other than I think my walking on recovery is faster than my Japanese running ๐Ÿคฃ

My legs are my bread & butter (dog walker) so I have to protect the assets ๐Ÿ˜‰

Feeling great that Iโ€™ve gone from a lazy couch potato to doing my run / quick walk every other day along side the strength & flexibility podcast, Iโ€™ve also looked at what Iโ€™m putting in, gone from diesel to unleaded, loving my new fuel. Settling down to a chilled Friday eve with a well deserved glass of ๐Ÿท

Happy weekend all xx

Well done. Yes, I just used the Dry Jan as a plan to motivate me to adjust as I wasn't doing well trying to just cut down. So good for you. Take care.

Likewise, I did dry Jan last year. My first run was the day I stopped smoking, came on & had storm Brendan to contend with, I thought to myself, hey ho, canโ€™t get any worse than this ๐Ÿคฃ

Onwards & upwards

Well done on dry Jan ๐Ÿ‘ another mission accomplished ๐Ÿ˜Š
