Just back from the run I needed to do tonight. Ended up being slightly longer than it should have been as for some reason the delightful Sarah dozed off for a few minutes. It was only when I realised she hadnโt spoken to me for an entire song I realised sheโd temporarily abandoned me lol. Thankfully it was on a walk rather than a run.
Anyway, wk 2 run 2 complete, next attempt Saturday all being well.
Have a good evening and happy running ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ ๐โโ๏ธ

Some of the coaches do that, they have a little snooze when they should be telling you when to walk or run, a case of not concentrating on their job, apart from that you had a great run, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 2, just make sure that your coach doesn't doze off during your ๐๐พ run.
You could change your coach to Laura, during my 9 weeks doing C25K and on runs ever since when I rerun, usually 5/3, 6/3 or 9/3 I have never known Laura to doze off.

Yes always start to get warm after a while, we had one run where Michael abandoned us completely he said now run and that was it so i kept an eye on my watch and guessed
