Hello virtual running buddies! For the first time since I began running, I didn’t run before work this morning- just too dark ☹️. So instead, I have promised myself to run straight after work. And if I tell you lot, I can’t change my mind! So it’s out there- I’m committed! Happy running people 🙂

Haha 😂 I did the same thing yesterday morning - didn’t run due to thunder, lightning and heavy, heavy rain. Admitted my wussiness on here, and committed to an evening run. So good to be held accountable 😀🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

I love starting my day off with a run but not sure I will have the same level of motivation between work, dinner and the parental taxi shift! Will keep you posted 🙂

You were very wise not to run in a thunderstorm, if there is a thunderstorm or lightning in the vicinity of a parkrun, the run will be cancelled.

I suspect many people will switch to after work or lunch time runs - it's getting colder and darker
