W5R1 done! Motivation is back!

Changed my route tonight so I only had hills for 5min warm up and cool down walk and it’s made a world of difference! My motivation was really flagging as I was really struggling on a hilly route. Actually feel like this might be doable now! Roll on W5R2! 💪

That’s good to hear, hills are good for strength but too hard in the early days
