All the runs so far have trained your body to do this. From now on it’s more mental than physical. Don’t think about the time when you’re running. If you listen to songs or podcast focus on that. Don’t worry you can do this 🙂
Please don’t be scared. Be excited, that’s positive. You have been training for this. Trust the program and then trust it some more. Just go easy. You are going to feel amazing when you do this 👍
You will be able to run for 20 minutes. All in the mind I think! Just run and try to relax. Importantly go slow! Good luck you will feel great when you do it!
You’ve trained for this. Don’t go too fast. It will be great. How good are you going to feel at the end. I remember approaching this with trepidation- in fact I think I did the run before an extra time or two - but it was great. Such a confidence boost. You got this.
You can't fail this programme unless you head back permanently to the couch.

Relax, you can do this..........slowly.
Don’t be scared, try and enjoy it. Break it down as you go... I’ve run for 1/3/5/8 min before so I can do it again. That’s how I got through them and I’ve just done 30 mins. Trust the programme and go slow. You can do this 👍🏻
