Year of the rat

We went for a walk were out 26 minutes and felt like we had a hard run afterwards, i ran 100 steps, better than nothing.

As it’s Chinese New Year today i earned the year of the rat badge,

I have 9 more days before going back to work so plan to get out and walk every day and run a few steps to test the lungs, they really did nearly pack up, and today i breathed deeper but wasn’t terribly puffed out so tomorrow we will go again, this flu has left us both very weak and feeling our age

I love having a garmin but have been unwell almost since i got it, i will be walking and seeing how it goes and run a little if i feel like it
