Managed to complete today’s run but found my calves were feeling tight from the get go, I did do some stretches before and after my last run is it normal? 🤔 only felt like I got into my stride on the last 5 minute run and could have kept going so my stamina is improving. Thinking I may need to invest in some new shoes as I think I overpronate having done the brooks online test.

Tight calves could be shoes, could be hydration but don’t listen to me i know nothing others will

Just wanted to say well done for keeping going, have you tried yoga? see i’m full of bright ideas

There is a link to a 30 day yoga challenge on the strength and flex

I’m at exactly the same point as you. I don’t stretch before I go out but I do a c8 min yoga based stretch when I get in. I noticed tight calf muscles today, more one leg than the other but it wasn’t painful so I’m ignoring it 👍👍
