Forgot to say I completed all of week 1 on Wednesday.

Felt great as I adjusted my jog to a nice pace.

Yikes... start week 2 either today or tomorrow.

Getting pair of running trainers this weekend too as I know already my current trainers not adequate .

Loving the programme and no more inner thigh aches πŸ€ͺ

Huge well done you... steady and slow and enjoy. Maybe pop across to the Strength and Flex forum too... loads of great exercises there for all your running parts!

This post may help with thigh ache?

Really well done.

I loved the sense of achievement you get after completing a week.

A new challenge on the horizon!

Good call on the running shoes. I should have bought them weeks before I did. I'd suggest going to a proper running shop and getting gait analysis done too!

Happy running
