Having graduated in December, I got injured playing football! So frustrating as I was doing 3 x 5k runs every week with ease.
Only just fit again so having to start from week 2!

Oh that is frustrating! Football injuries are quite common though - knees? But no matter, you are getting back to running and it’s all good and you will get back up to 5k no problem. 👍 As for tips...the usual - I’d say take the runs slow and steady and listen to your body. Post run stretches are good, paying particular attention to any areas of weakness. But most of all, have faith you will get back there again - running is 50% in your head and 50% consistency of training, I reckon! All the best!
