Chuffed, Jumped back in at week 3 yesterday after a long break. Feeling it in my legs today though my myy. Trying to learn myself into running in a slightly different form, knees higher and longer leg strides but finding it difficult to keep a steady pace in this way. I end up speeding up slowing down constantly, running out of steam. My aim is to go slower in this form to build my leg muscle just not finding the rhythm currently. Hopefully will come with time (:: new to the forum so sorry if this is an unusually long post! All round learning me.

Happy running guys (:

Sounds like a lot to think about!

I'm afraid I just focus on putting one foot in front of the other and not tripping up 🤣

Great that you're back at it. Keep it up

Thanks Mig, chuffed to be put again. I suppose it is a lot! Gives us something else to focus on when I get tired out really. It’s either that or ‘just keep swimming just keep swimming what do we do...’ :p
