This was my most challenging run yet, but still doable and enjoyable. Did some simple stretches afterward and that really eased the stiffness I was feeling. Feel good and pleased with myself 😊

Woooo! Well done :) it’s nice having that rewarding feeling after a run. Everywhere I’ve read and people I’ve spoke to are always saying drink more water to help the stiffness/muscle soreness. I’m still pushing myself just to get a normal quota in! :p but maybe that’s something to think about.

Thanks! Yes I will keep increasing the water intake - quite hard, but also feels good πŸ˜‡
