This was my most challenging run yet, but still doable and enjoyable. Did some simple stretches afterward and that really eased the stiffness I was feeling. Feel good and pleased with myself π

Woooo! Well done itβs nice having that rewarding feeling after a run. Everywhere Iβve read and people Iβve spoke to are always saying drink more water to help the stiffness/muscle soreness. Iβm still pushing myself just to get a normal quota in!
but maybe thatβs something to think about.
