Ran on my own tonight - hubby usually runs with me - felt strange but paced myself and enjoyed it.

Glad you enjoyed your run today running on your own, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 3, week 3 is the shortest workout of C25K. 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ

Well done for keeping it up. I run on my own but listen to music or podcasts. I quite enjoy the "own" time. Totally different than running with someone else though (that can be very encouraging).
