Week 3.3 - back on form

Very satisfying to get back out for a positive run 3 of week 3. I struggled last time out, but this time I was much happier.

I felt I could have gone on longer, so I'm feeling confident for the next step up on Friday.

I hope this doesn't sound too smug - it wasn't easy - I'm not a runner yet!

It's good to get a run that feels great. Some runs are tougher than others but that's okay. Keep being positive . Good luck and well done😊

You did very well on completing run 3 of week 3, onwards and upwards to week 4, you are a runner, sort of, however, once you have completed run 3 of week 6, Laura or which coach you are using for C25K will congratulate you and tell you that you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, something to look forward to in a few weeks time. 😊 🏃🏾
