Now I get the "slow & steady" advice. I'm sure calling it running is against the Trades Descriptions Act, but whatever it was that I was doing got me through, & it was certainly (a bit) faster than I walk.

Just out of curiosity, anyone else give a whoop when the halfway bell rings..? 🏃‍♀️

Well done 👍🏻 I’ve just completed W4R1 and took it slowly but got to the end. There’s always time to pick up pace later I think 😀

I graduated in 2018, but I still get a buzz when I hit the half way point in any run... I don’t often verbalise it, but I did in my half marathon! Even during a tough run I get the half way alert and know that I can keep going to the end, it’s always a little boost.

Great job, keep on enjoying yourself.

I love the halfway bell and when Laura says 1 minute left. lol I tell myself, I can make it one more minute. lol
