Getting started - any music recommendations?

Just completed my very first walk/run. 61yrs old, quite overweight 😢🤭

Didn’t find it too bad but know it will get harder.

I need some good music, downloaded a Spotify playlist of 80’s tracks but thought I might also use this to listen to some new up to date stuff. Anyone got any suggestions??

Congratulations to you Rellinda on starting C25K, music lists, whisper, on this forum there are not too many under 40's, most of the music playlist, such as on Spotify are golden oldies playlists,

When I am out running or walking I have music from the 60's to the end of the 90's.I confess that I don't know any upto date music playlists, but go to Spotify and and type in "music to run to"🏃🏾👍

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Listen to whatever distracts you from thinking about running.

Enjoy your journey.

Hi let Spotify select! I’m amazed at what it comes up with.

My current fave though maybe is a bit heavy but good for taking mind off heaving lungs

Luther tv series playlist.

Keep going
