Very first run.

After some hesitation I did it and thoroughly enjoyed it. But a little frustrated as the app kept stopping and I had to go back in where I left off so no flowing as it should. Hopefully next run it won't happen.

Well done for getting out there and doing it!

I think we've all suffered from tech problems of one sort or another.

Fingers crossed, it will be better next time!

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

The app is flakey so please report back to the developers via your download site, otherwise they will not know.

You could always try the podcasts.

Enjoy your journey.

Well done on getting out there for your very first run 🏃‍♀️ what an achievement! I used the podcasts rather than the app as they do t tend to be so ‘faulty’. Good luck for run 2

Well done on getting started. Try putting your phone in flight mode during your run: incoming notifications are to blame for a lot of interference and you don’t want to be answering the phone till after the run anyway. The app is entirely on your phone so doesn’t need a network connection to work - on the contrary, as I say a network connection can be a nuisance - just remember to switch flight mode off again when you finish! (Not that I’ve ever forgotten.... erm ...🤭)
