W2R3 completed tonight (1.78 mile) around the streets near me. Felt alot better tonight than other nights to the point my Fitbit mentioned I was 15 mins in (the way I find out I'm half way) and I just getting into it. I'm asthmatic - only had to use my inhaler near the end. Compared to W1R1 when I used it ever 5 mins :)

Really getting into running!! 🏃

Definitely - I started the C25K a while ago (a year + ago) and it was ok but wasnt really "enjoying" it. This time however got some lifestyle choices sorted so feel i can just enjoy it now - which i am, LOADS.

I have a parkrun near me that i plan on doing when i reach week 6 i think. I'm not bothering about time at this stage but reckon when i get to that point i'll be confident in completing the parkrun.

I’ve read loads of posts about parkrun and it seems a good way to run in a non competitive group
