Well I completed C25K in December, and I always treated myself to a “little something” to reward myself!
My graduation present was . . . . 2 new sets of earphones! Made a mistake(expensive mistake) the 1st pair, but then found the perfect pair!
1st pair were apple earpods, oooohhh lovely, white, shiny, stylish, but they don’t feel secure when pounding the tarmac of the Isle of Man, also, I couldn’t hear the odd car I come across, so. . . . . I did some research and got me a pair of Bone conductor earphones! WOW ! What a great pair of earphones! I can hear music and the passing cars! Having blown the budget on the Shiny white ones, I couldn’t stretch to the aftershock ones I craved, and plumbed for a £14 pair of Bluetooth BT ones from Fleabay ! What a bargain!

Oooohhh I live shoe porn I started running in a pair of adidas marathon TR( had them from the 90s , in the cupboard, gathering dust) then I realize the technology has moved even trainers on, so I have purchased a couple of pairs as rewards.
I got Adidas ultra boost 19 , I love them. Then I got some Nike zoom fly 3 ! Wow love the look, only ran in them once so far. I am tempted everyday by another colour, make, I think I am going to try a Saucony pair next on the recommendation of a friend who ribs me saying “ when you gonna get a proper pair of running shoes!”
That's funny! I tried fancy ones but they don't want to stay in my ears so I now use a pair that were at the back of my 'holiday' drawer (passports, left over euros.....). They used to be free on a flight . They clip over my ears and won't go anywhere without me. Not concert hall sound but doesn't matter. 🎧
