Slowly getting back on track

After a bout of the dreaded lurgi in the autumn and again at Christmas I'm beginning to get my distances up again but it's surprising how quickly it all falls apart if you don't run for a while. My first 5k for a couple of months was on New Year's Day and I could hardly walk up the stairs 24 hours later. :D
