If I run between 8 and 9.5 speed on my running machine, and do 35 min for 5, and i don’t know the measure (kilometers or miles?). Based on the info I gave you, in which metric is it?

It’s kilometres and well done that pace is really awesome!

so 35 mins for 5, is 7 mins per something,

So for kilometers, then it would be 8.6 kph ish (kilometers per hour).

For miles, it would be 8.57 mph. To convert that to KPH, it would be 13.8 kph or 4 mins 21 seconds per kilometre. (a 5 kilometer run at this pace would take 21 minutes 44 seconds).

I think it's unlikely it's in miles. 7 mins per kilometer is a good pace, 7 mins per mile is in a different realm altogether.
