Just graduated last week and thought to consolidate with 5 k runs without app just music - got my Ks and miles mixed and ended up running 5 miles instead but it felt good just thought it was taking abit longer than usual - feel I can look to 10K after this mistake - I couldn’t run 5 mins 9 weeks ago 🤪

No I really don’t think so - just abit dim and got carried away with the music - wee bit sore knees tonight though 😆

Way to go! Congratulations. Enjoy the bridge to 10 miles plan 😂

Edit: just don’t do a marathon until you’re on top of this issue, 42 miles is a bloody long way.

FIVE MILES? Whoa! I am not worthy!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Awesome. That’s not far off 10k. Seriously impressive! Very well done.

Hey, where’s your graduation badge? Haven’t you claimed it yet? 😀

Just a bit confused but it felt really good but pushed me to my limit- but just goes to show the power of the mind or lack of it maybe 😜
