Hi

Pleasantly surprised that my wife decided to join me , got her some new trainers after gait analysis and last night we completed week 1 👍 , both looking forward to week 2 starting tomorrow.

Our 32 year old Daughter has booked in the diary for all 3 of us to do a park run in March 😅

Can’t wait to do a proper 5 k .

Let’s keep this going
