This is 3 days after run 1 but I couldn’t find time on Sunday as we were struggling till late with a DIY project.
Felt much like run 1 except I was perhaps more physically drained toward the end of the session finishing on legs quite jelly like so I was a little bit wobbly!
Still, I finished again!

Well done, you made it. I'm just about to start Wk5 and I remember feeling exactly the same. Keep going, Run 3 will feel a little easier...
Well done for getting out there and running after a busy weekend. A wobbly run is still a run and is better than no run at all. Your legs will feel stronger for run 3.
