Been to the physio and the good news is I am OK to continue running π might have to go back a week or so and take it slow. Also need to allow at least 2 recovery days. Got loads of strength exercises to do inbetween to keep me occupied. Seems like if I am prepared to run with the pain then they are happy for me to carry on.
