With a little trepidation I progressed to week 2 today. Actually found the extra 30 seconds of jogging ok but ankles hurt a little today - no problem last week and ran in same trainers. Maybe my body just adjusting to its 4th session in 7 days. Feeling great though and really pleased that Iβve found the App and this support network.
