Do i move onto week 2

I completed week 1 yesterday and am sooo proud of myself. Took it really steady as have fibromyalgia - do I move on or stick with wk 1 again - any advice?

You know what I have said to Dawnie16, so the same. Keep up the impetus and learn to trust the plan.

Better to repeat a run that you could not complete than an earlier run that you know you can finish.

A large part of running is psychological and belief in yourself becomes crucial, so you have to accept the challenge and to quote Samuel Beckett (using language that is usually barred on this forum) "If you fail, try again, fail better and try again"

Thank you , i managed to complete all of wk 1 runs so will give it a go. Slow and steady and positive thinking for Sunday 😊

You did it so you deserve to move on, only ever repeat a run if you didn’t do the required run intervals. You’re a star doing this with fibromyalgia- other runners on here with fibromyalgia have also graduated with flying colours. With your focus it looks like you’ll be joining them
