First session and I’m pleased to report I didn’t die! I stopped running about 3 years ago and have really missed it. Glad to get the run ticked off and looking forward to the next one

Procrastination is the bane of my life but I have gone the full monty - C25k, dry January and cutting out meat this month! God knows what state I’ll be in by the 31st 😂😂😂. Where’s the gin?
