W2 R1 completed! My route is in gently rolling countryside - a few ups and a few downs with the occasional flat stretch. I had to run on the spot towards the end the 3rd 90 sec run as my legs just wouldn't take me uphill any further! Not sure where I found the willpower but managed to complete all runs with a great deal of talking to myself and Michael Johnson π
