...and here it is :the steep hill of Week 5 where we let go of break time. I had to run with my earphones otherwise i would have been looking at my watch the whole time. I now feel I could perhaps have carried on even? How crazy is that. Didn't tho. he he. Who would've thought unfit me would be able to run for 8 minutes twice!! I now totally trust these girls and if I can do it anyone can. Roll on R3 of Week 5 on Sat a.m. Had to move my days this week due to New Year and birthday. I nearly wept in the park this a.m. when I finished my run. I was so happy.
