Whether you are just starting Couch 2 5k or returning after a break I would like to say well done and wish you ALL lots of luck.

Remember to take things nice and steady, enjoy the challenge and feel proud of every run you achieve. It doesn’t matter how you look, how fast or slow you go, whether you run to music or ‘naked’ (no audio tech), run early morning or late evening, whether you wear old, comfy shorts or snazzy tights. It really doesn’t matter! Just be you, do something for yourself - get out there and run!

Just a word of warning though - watch out because this running ‘thing’ is addictive! One day you run for 60 seconds then somehow this becomes 60 minutes!

Wishing you ALL a very Happy New Year.
