Well first run of 2020 done wasnt very long about 2.5k but better then nothing. Gonna try and try and do a run every day in Jan to kickstart back into running.

Probably a bad idea unless you’ve been running for a long time. You need to give your body a break and strengthen. Maybe try aiming for every other day? The last thing you need is to end up on the IC at the beginning of the year.
Well done on getting out there! What a great idea, but be careful to take rest days, unless you have been running consistently for over a year. I am sure someone will give you a far more detailed explanation, but running puts little tears in your muscles and they need a day to heal inbetween runs unless you are very used to it.
There is a strength and flex forum that has a similar plan to the c25k to help you build core strength alongside the running and that will give you something to do in your running rest days.
Well done for getting off the sofa!
