Hi steve. Decisions are always up to you ...just check on why you're dashing to complete the programme. Is it cos you want to finish it and finish with running? I planned to graduate the day before my daughters wedding. Didnt make my deadline but now love running so much. I didnt make the deadline because it was too icy to run. Look after you and the running will look after itself. Enjoy. Happy new year!

Thanks for the info , I am not dashing to finish it's a matter of the fact that I am taking it easy and I can look forward to another run if I feel fully recovered . This bug has well and truely bitten me !

So close to graduating well done, balance the risk of overdoing it, needing extra days rest, or ending on IC with getting in that 1st 30min run. If all you want is to run on new years day for the 1st time, I know I do, how about just going for a shorter no pressure run😀 happy running and a happy healthy new year

Enjoy I'll be thinking of you on my run.

Congratulations on completing week 8! You’re so close to the end now. I can completely understand that excitement at the end of the program. Listen to your body and take it easy 😀
