Today I did my last run of 2019. Hard to believe I only started c25k in August. Now can’t imagine my life without running. My aim is to gradually increase my distance, not too worried about pace. Happy New Years to everyone.

It's good having two sports that you really enjoy, golf and now running as well, well done on your last run of 2019 and for that matter the decade, I ran my last run of the year yesterday.

I hope the new year will bring you many happy runs as well,

Happy New year to you Womangolfer. 😊

I'm 36 and started C25K in August too and my fastest was so far 6:44 during 5k.

Well done!
