My last run of 2017 was w5r2....again! Have I noticed a difference since starting on Sept 1st....well my recovery time is quicker, my breathing overall is better and my pace is more relaxed especially when the odd track appears on my playlist. It's been an up and down couple of months and at times it would have been easy to give up. But I will graduate and I will continue to run. I may have no designs on serious running and have no desire to ever contemplate a marathon let alone a half marathon. I do however want to finish each run with a grin! So come on 2018!
