Time has just slipped by this week but today I managed a muddy run in my local woods and feel so much better for getting out. The sun was even shining for me!

Good to hear you got out, it makes such a difference I moped all day yesterday a walk would have made a difference then ran today and feel more positive

I was planning to go out for a quick one on Boxing Day but the weather was awful and I wimped out. Should have gone anyway! Then life just got in the way until this morning.

Christmas week nothing much gets done apart from eating so it amazes me that anyone runs
